Communicable Fear

A fear is transmittable from one to another.

It can also take shape at any age.

It may last for a brief period or forever.

It can be seen as the perceptional bondage.

I have a fear to indite about

which was born out of a shallow incident.

Over-reaction of one stupid shout

has now crippled me, unprecedented.

A beguile moment which could have been left unsaid,

was pivoted for days and days.

Only to remind me of a small mistake I made,

thus transmitting Fear which till date, stays.

Nurtured with guilt, born out of each recollection,

my fear is stronger and getting even stronger today.

I hope that we understand about perception

which forms and breaks with what we hear and say.

The world forgets that fears are communicable

and thus need to be handled with care.

Words and actions can be unforgettable

just like the fear whom I have to stare.
