At the door of dejection lies something worth getting dejected about.
Different people call it by different name.
Same say desire, some hope and some find it as their way out
but I see Irony, life’s favourite game.
It makes me wonder and laugh at times
for it is absurdly funny how things fit in the frame.
We call it a masterpiece which is in reality
a life so bent out of shape that we rush to claim.
Events from decades guide the brushes of today
and we think those strokes are from our own mind.
Once again it is Irony who does the play
labelling the unexpected as “find”,
which makes me question my findings and expectations
for I become lesser certain with this train of thought.
It is so easy to question the foundations
and by extension everything that I have ever sought.
Oh Irony of life, how do you do it?
Revaluate everything that we did while evolving.
Or, maybe it is how you ensure that perfect fit
while we play your game of puzzle solving.
