While walking, I could see that everything stood still,

even light was easy to catch up to.

There weren’t many voids left to fill,

Sky, no longer seemed blue.

Water had a taste to it,

Birds seemed frozen in air.

Bystanders no longer did exist,

And neither did I have any care.

Time made little sense now,

Senses were oblivious to each other.

World seemed different and yet the same somehow,

I was silly for I never realised this further.

Feet were barely touching the ground,

Obsolete was everything I had known.

Energy was in abundance and all around,

There was no difference between dusk and dawn.

Smile had tears and tears had joy,

Sane was not how it felt at all.

I had transgressed through life in this clayed decoy,

Which today was not mine at all.

I was understood for I understood it all,

Life had this rather unpopular present for me.

All this while I answered every call

And for that I was today termed silly!
