Reality Check

I see comparison in the name of equality, but why? Man and Woman are two sides of the same coin, aren’t they?

Typical images are no longer valid.

Both Venus and Mars revolve around the Sun.

Life has moved on at a pace so rapid,

Yet the comparison seems to be undone.

Man, the strong and tough all times,

Too faces agony and tears.

Want to hold hands or cry aren’t crimes,

We are fearless despite our fears.

We hold, protect, preserve, and care,

Nothing which the other doesn’t do.

Man is one who takes on a dare,

Weak at expressing but our love is true.

Woman, the source of life and heart,

Too sweats to earn bread and butter.

Want to be independent and have her own start,

Doesn’t make her any less of a mother.

She is practical despite her emotions.

Her beautiful eyes hold a fire so true.

She holds, protects, preserves, and care.

Nothing which the other doesn’t do.

World needs both the sides,

Both the sides make one coin.

Without one the other cannot stride,

Dots are there but we ignore to join.

Growing up

Change is always met with friction and therefore growing up too is hard to digest, process, and express.

But after a particular point of time or more specifically events, we do grow up. The only question: Is it for our best?

Growing Up

I can only judge one man,
In whose shoes I have walked.
So to meet him I do all that I can,
A journey where me and I talked.
Careless, hopeless, and without any plan,
My journey started a bit quivery.
But then again I was just a kid,
Unaware of most of the mystery.
Reality sunk in sooner than later,
And I realised I have the spark.
To my story I became my own creator,
By being Persistent even in the dark.
Good and bad both greeted from time to time,
My past failures hanging onto my life like a crime,
The only thing I learnt as I was growing up,
In the end everything will be just fine.
~Anyone who has realised this simple fact,
Is a grown-up and will one day shine.~

His-Story

This is his story. A story which created history. Very few know him, even fewer understand him and perhaps no one ever got to see the real him.

Who is he?

He is anyone, everyone, and no one.

This is our story. A story of which we all are a part of.

His-Story
A con man with an uncommon genuine smile,
Predicating an image that is still unclear,
Is always facing some or the other trial,
For his mind has both courage and fear.

Humble at the very core but not so much on the skin,
Just like the world we so much adore, we too are on a spin.
And to win?, Con man must be a kin,
And so we all have this evil twin.

Passionate is another charm of time,
Without which nothing is fine.
Each step in life is like a line.
His story is for him to design.

To be truthful, not being truthful is alright,
For with situations we need to change our sight.
Lose if you must for trying is right,
His story speaks about everyone's fight.

Paramount

What is the best we can do?

– Give our everything.

What is everything?

Heart, Hard work, Honesty, and Hope.

Let’s break this dilemma down for once and for all.

Heart:-

In order to achieve, first believe.

For without believe there is no hope.

Ensure your heart is ready to heave,

As it is a steep and long slope.

Hard-work:-

Everything comes for a price,

Dreams too, if you will.

Luck can simply roll the dice,

Hard-work is the greatest skill.

Honesty:-

Pursue only if you are sure,

Time is superior to money.

Honest aim is the trait of mature,

Otherwise you life is just funny.

Hope:-

Once the heart is ready and beating,

Once the mind is prepared to work,

And when honesty is doing your bidding,

Have hope, you will never be stuck.
